He sees himself as a leader predestined to build a new nation; an enlightened being whose mission is to not steal the hopes of the less fortunate; a visionary creator of previously denied opportunities. But as he rises to power he is faced with an inflexible and stubborn reality. The great president doesn’t seem to realize that his good intentions aren’t enough and that he will need other things in order to keep his promises.   What will be the faith of those Mexicans who blindly believed in his magical words?
